Yoga Classes

During your course we will also be practicing several styles of Yoga including; Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga! All levels of abilities are catered for in all classes! The owner, Sarah, completed her YAI-certified E-RYT200 Hatha Teacher Training Course under the guidance of Yogi Amit Kaushik at Kaivalya Yoga School, Rishikesh in India and her FlyHighYoga™ certification in Bali. She also qualified as a Reiki Master in Thailand.

Accommodation

We have 2 choices of accommodation;

• The private rooms all have a double bed with ensuite bathrooms with hot water showers and A/C as standard. The sharing option is for couples sharing a double bed. Soaps and towels are also supplied.

• The dorm has hot water showers with A/C and is very large so guests will not feel like they are in each others way. Soaps and towels are also supplied.

Food

The price of this retreat includes a combination of delicious Cambodian & Western breakfast, lunch, and dinner with vegetarian and vegan options. All of the food How are you really? Yoga retreats serves in their restaurant is fresh produce supplied by local farm shops and markets.

Yoga Barn - Kampot is set deep in the picturesque Kampot countryside in Cambodia, our Yoga Retreat Centre is perfectly placed to help you rediscover just how perfect you really are! The established gardens are home to an array of beautiful wildlife and of course home to our very own chickens and sheep who will inspire you to rest, read, or create. Spending time with them will teach you to slow down and mindfully move with the rhythm of nature.
